Because it is molded from premium, non-porous medical silicone, waste material slides off effortlessly. For quick cleaning on the road, simply rinse it with a splash of fresh water from a water bottle and shake dry. Once you return home, wash it thoroughly with warm water and mild dish soap or an eco-friendly sanitizer. It can also safely withstand boiling water for deep sterilization.
Does the container retain unpleasant odors or leak inside a travel bag after use?
No. The Whizzer features a patented, one-way internal leakproof valve that locks fluids and vapors securely inside the main chamber. Unlike cheap plastic alternatives, high-grade medical silicone does not absorb oils or waste properties, ensuring that it remains completely odor-free for its entire operational lifespan.
Is it anatomically easy to use for both men and women without making a mess?
Yes, it is designed for universal adult use. It comes equipped with an ergonomically molded, firm silicone spout that contours seamlessly against the body to create a secure, watertight seal. We recommend testing it once in the comfort of your home shower to get a feel for the placement and seal before relying on it during an emergency travel journey.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
30-Day Change of Mind: We offer a 30-day return window (exceeding the UK legal minimum of 14 days). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in "as-new" condition.
Faulty Goods: In the rare event of a defect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days. We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty items.
