Is professional installation required for the cable management?
No. The Lon:HUB features a user-friendly clamp system that attaches to your desk in minutes without tools, allowing you to organise your own cables instantly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Priority: RM Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) - £4.50
Free Delivery: RM Tracked 48 (2-3 business days) - All orders over £20:00.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
30-Day Change of Mind: We offer a 30-day return window (exceeding the UK legal minimum of 14 days). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in "as-new" condition.
Faulty Goods: In the rare event of a defect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days. We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty items.
How to Start a Return: Email hello@knackhome.co.uk with your order number. We aim to process all refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.

WINDOWS:
As a rule of thumb - if you have a Windows laptop, you have nothing yo worry about. All Lon:HUB versions will work with your laptop with the Lon:HUB supporting two external displays.
APPLE M1:
Will natively support just one external display. We are offering a DisplayLink add-on for Lon:HUB that expands this to up to two external dispays.
APPLE M1 PRO:
Will support up to two external displays only through thunderbolt 4. This means that Lon:HUB will allow one external display, Lon:HUB with a DisplayLink add-on will allow two external displays.
APPLE M1 MAX:
Will support up to four external displays only through thunderbolt 4. This means that Lon:HUB will allow one external display, Lon:HUB with a DisplayLink add-on will allow two external displays.
